In His Presence Daily: another update

Jason has applied again for a job in CT. We've had fun with Phase 10 and spaghetti night with the Beckhams. Visits with a few close friends have been wonderful, and as always we're waiting and praying for God's will and timing. Fall is wonderful and it's lovely on the Centenial trail. Pic updates soon. Our church is having a Women's Advance and my design for a T-shirt was chosen. Glory to Him, He inspired me and I obeyed and He helped me use my gifting of artwork to further glorify Him! How exciting! Hopefully if we do move I still get to go to the retreat. Well, it's less like a retreat and more like an intense spiritual advance, probably why they renamed it. Here's the pic:

The Problem

Sin (defined by the Ten Commandments in God's Word [=the Bible])
God’s standards are so holy and high that none of us could pass judgment without being condemned to death (read my blog post titled "Good Friday" in March 2008). "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23 How? Look at the Ten Commandments and see how you, yourself personally, measure up. Read Exodus 20:1-17 in the Bible (NIV(New International Version) is an easy version to read) Deuteronomy 5:6-21
1. Have no other god before Me Deut. 5:7 (Jesus Christ is the only way to God John 14:6)
2. Do not worship any idols. Deut. 5:8
3. Do not take the Lords name in vain Deut 5:11(Jesus Christ as a "four-letter word)
4. Keep My Sabbath Holy Deut. 5:12
5. Honor your father and mother Deut. 5:16 (who is my mother, brother Mark 3:33, Matthew 10:34-37)
6. Do not murder. Deut. 5:17 (Jesus says if you have hate in your heart towards anyone you have murdered Matthew 5:21-22) murderers have part in the lake of fire
7. Do not commit adultery (Jesus said if any [hu]man lusts after [someone] in their heart [mind] then they have committed adultery Matthew 5:27-28)
8. Do not steal [this includes "petty" items, i.e. pens, pencils] (all thieves have part in lake of fire Revelation 21:8)
9. Do not lie (all liars have their part in the lake of fire Revelation 21:8)
10. Do not covet (desire to have others items without your own gain; perverse jealousy Deut. 5:21)
If you say you haven't broken any, you're deceived, and you just lied breaking the 9th. Still not convinced? If you desire to be set free from God's wrath in the life to come you must make Jesus the Lord of your life here on earth. This is His standard, His way. He says "I am the way, the truth, and the life and no one comes to the Father except by Me." John 14:6 But the good news is He's paid the price for our sins, so instead of death we may have life, thru His Son Jesus Christ. If you desire to escape the wrath to come, then pray the prayer below to Jesus Christ and read the Bible daily and get in a church based on the Bible alone as it's standard.

The Solution

A relationship with Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior:
If you'd like Him to save you from His wrath to come then here is an example of how to pray when rendering your heart humbly before Him:
Example of sinners prayer: (wording isn't as important as a sorrowful heart to God) this is just an example, but you must do three things 1. admit your sins to God and ask Him to forgive you for them 2. ask Him to become Lord of your life 3. pray in the name of Jesus "Dear Jesus, I do not know you, I have no power to make things right in my life on my own. I have sinned (name them specifically to God if you can-->He already knows each one of them) please forgive me. I ask you to become the Lord of my life. Teach me how to follow you. In Jesus name amen."

Jesus Christ is faithful to deliver us from all forms of death: Lust, mammon, alcohol, eating disorders, suicide, depression, even drug addictions. God can replace all forms of destruction with life if we call on Jesus alone. If you're in need, know God and his followers truly love you and desire to see you walk in His abundant life and be free from all chains of bondage that seek to destroy you and your life. Get Christian counseling and in a safe church based on the Bible alone as it's standard, don't remain isolated, stay connected at all costs, make Him the Lord of your life and ask Him to forgive your every sin then let Him and those who know Him guide you to and thru the deliverance you need. River of Forgiveness

Any body of water is renewed and refreshed, cleansed so to speak, continuously, that is how our lives can be lived and experienced with a relationship with Jesus Christ when we repent and seek forgiveness with a sincere heart. It can be this way with others in our lives as well and should be this way especially within the precious body of Christ. If "all we need is love", Jesus is the source, the one and only source (according to Him-John 14:6) So invite Him into your life if you haven't already done so and if you have: accept, give and recieve the one true source of peace, His forgiveness thru His Holy Spirit.
